TL/DR: ordered car, their sales department messed up order repeatedly, gaslit me for 7 months, then ultimately scammed me when finally talking delivery. They would rather steal your money than earn your business. Review: I ordered an Acura Integra the day Acura opened reservations in March 2022. In the confirmation call the same day I asked directly if the dealership was doing any mandatory add-ons, accessories, or market adjustments of any sort, to which the person honestly replied they typically do but wasn't sure if they were on these orders. 2 days later I got a text back saying they received confirmation from management that absolutely no add-on or mark-up aside from the accessories I request on the ordered car. In June the first car is delivered, in the wrong trim. They needed me to forward the confirmation email they sent me for my order to prove that was not the car I ordered. No problem, I've got a working vehicle and they put my name on another car coming in July. Don't hear from them at all, until I call a week before the car is expected only to find out somebody else had originally ordered it, and my name was never really on it. Supposedly they've already ordered 2 that match my order to make sure it comes in correctly, but never called to tell me this. New expected date is end of September. I figure "ok, I'm saving money on payments/interest and to get MSRP with no markup I'd have to order and wait elsewhere anyway." Called in September to find out my file had been closed out but car hasn't arrived yet and they reopen it. Supposedly delivery is delayed by Hurricane Ian but the correct car comes in beginning of October. At this point they want to force on $3,000 for their "Family Plan" which is a bundle of things with little to no value. After getting in my car to leave the sales manager comes out to try to save the deal. Would not do MSRP, using every xx excuse in the book from "Acura can't tell us how much to charge," and "we didn't add any accessories, this isn't an accessory or a markup," to "the person who told you this doesn't work here anymore." What he latched onto is that I no longer have the messages from the online sales manager saved where they communicated this and I won't beat the deal elsewhere. I did ultimately agree to $1,000 over MSRP, no Acura dealership in 200 miles is doing less than that in add-ons for in stock Integras, and I can no longer wait another 3 months for an order because my credit union made an exception to honor my original pre-approval rate from June and the re-approval would expire soon. In this they agreed to credit my $500 deposit from March towards it, and made me email them their own receipt to prove I paid it, then I get home and realize they never credited the $500 towards the vehicle. Through this whole process they said "prove it" 3- times, 2 of which was their own documents by email and one was a text conversation that was lost in changing phones (where they assured me no add on of any sort) Ultimately, I will never do any business with any Hanania dealership again and suggest the same to others. If you do chose to give them your money, especially on an order, make sure you get every detail in writing and signed my a manager. More

Carley Shea is an absolute rock star. We talked with 10 different Acura dealerships and Acura of Orange Park blew them all away with honesty and service. 7 were non-responsive and kin We talked with 10 different Acura dealerships and Acura of Orange Park blew them all away with honesty and service. 7 were non-responsive and kind of take it or leave it. 2 were 90s sleezebag tactics. Orange Park was attentive, fast, gave a fair deal, and were honest in dealing with us. The other two dealers we dealt with lied about having to use their financing when we told them our credit union's offer and Carley just went to work and got a better deal to earn the business. We bought the vehicle sight unseen (previous test drives at another dealership) and when we got there they put a salesperson with my wife and helped her program the electronics, do another test drive, and answered all her questions like we were new customers. Just an all-around great experience. Best Acura dealership in Florida as we talked to most of them and they exceeded expectation at a time when most dealerships are fat on deals they treated us like they wanted our business. Highly Recommended!! More
