I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a car to go see Tim at Serramonte Ford where their "no haggle" policy made the deal a fair and straight forward experience. More

Berkshire Hathaway’s write off dealership This place seemed very promising when I first arrived from the write up to the explaination of services. I didn’t hear from them so I called them. For a week I didn’t hear from these people. Finally they called back and apologized for the delay. Then I was told they could not duplicate what I brought my vehicle in for. Kind of upset that they didn’t fix anything after leaving it there for over a weeks time. Fine went to pick up my truck. Spoke with advisor briefly and waited for my vehicle. Got into my truck and drove off..right before I got onto the freeway entrance..the lights went off and so did the chimes. Had to get on freeway and off the next exit to turn around. Went back to dealer and left the truck running. Showed the advisor what was happening and told him I didn’t have to go far for this to happen. I asked him did your technician road test my truck? His reply was yes. Then they proceeded to tell me I had to leave the vehicle as the technicians were off for the day. As I sat there waiting for rental I was getting upset that this was happening. So the following week I get a call and again I was told there was nothing wrong with my truck. They told me the technician and the shop foreman both road tested vehicle and there was no issues found. I drove down to dealer again and this guy named Ton the foreman explained to me what what he thinks is wrong and happening but can not verify at this time like I was a 3 year old..very condescending. From write up to the point of being treated like a 3 year old didn’t matter much to me at this point the icing on the cake was the service manager Henry. I sat in his office explaining to him what was wrong with my truck..his advisor has seen what was wrong with my truck and yet they can’t figure out nor fix my truck. I honestly think Henry is just a bobble head..all he said was yeah yeah yeah. I’ll look into it and try to get this figured out for you sir. 3 weeks and no answer..3 weeks..I called Henry numerous times to see what was happening..3 weeks I don’t get a answer from this clown. That’s when I decided to go elsewhere. See review for the ford store. Never again with this place. I am happy that I had to drive 40 miles to another dealer to get my vehicle repaired and not lied to. The problem was found,part was ordered and my truck repaired..all within a promised timeline. That’s how service is suppose to be. Not a box full of hopes and dreams then filled with lies. More

The Best! I bought my Ford Edge brand new from Settamonte Ford in 2011 and have always returned there for service and any problems I have had - nail in a tire, I bought my Ford Edge brand new from Settamonte Ford in 2011 and have always returned there for service and any problems I have had - nail in a tire, hit a pillar with my side-view mirror - stuff like that - nothing mechanical. I always have great service which exceeds my expectations due in a great part to my service advisor who I have had from the get-go. I live in Foster City and happily drive to Serramonte Ford in Colma for service and will go there when it's time for a new car. More
