I have been a long time client of Princeton Audi and will never come back. My SQ5 was brought in for service after experiencing an auto stop/start malfunction reading on the main dash. Technicians indicated never come back. My SQ5 was brought in for service after experiencing an auto stop/start malfunction reading on the main dash. Technicians indicated that the entire thermostat and water pump system needed replacement and proceeded to charge over $3500. After doing my own research I discovered the total cost of parts and labor (incl taxes) should not exceed $1800. When I brought this to their attention they proceeded to tell me 'too bad. you already agreed to the $3500'. When you do a cursory analysis of the amount they overcharged me on the parts alone it was roughly 2x vs the retail price of the part. 5x vs the wholesale price. This is a fraudulent price gouging operation and should be investigated by the authorities. More

Awful service - My car was brought to the shop for an oil change and service a week ago I picked the car up and before I got home my check engine light came on and my oil came on. This is only one example of the many issues I have had with Audi Princeton Service the worst dealership, when you enter the building everyone seems to be so stressed More
