I was not sure which vehicle I wanted but he listened attentively to what I was looking for and presented several models and explained all of the options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he was patient while I test drove a few different models and even looked at other vehicles at other dealerships over the course of a couple of weeks before deciding on the Mustang Mach-e. As it is my first electric vehicle, he sat with me and went through all of the vehicle setup options and offered helpful tips to make the most of my driving experience.
