Service dept. is great fast and efficient. Carl was my service mgr. and is great. He always explains the work that’s been done and always talks to me first before is great fast and efficient. The service department reps frequently recommend doing unnecessary services already performed in previous visits, inconsistent quote for services (the fee changes from one visit to the next), and the last unnecessary services already performed in previous visits, inconsistent quote for services (the fee changes from one visit to the next), and the last unethical thing they did was to overcharge me for services I didn’t ask. I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and they charged me $200 because they said it included additives for the engine. I never asked for that. It was very unethical. No trust. More

1) Price transparency is not there. When I got in, I was recommended air filter and cabin filter change and I was told its about 60 and 80. The invoice was for 199 (205 for credit card) When I got in, I was recommended air filter and cabin filter change and I was told its about 60 and 80. The invoice was for 199 (205 for credit card). It contained $25 disposable fee for filters which is laughable because it just goes to trash can. Even the filter does not cost $25. 2) No one seems to care about customer. People seemed motivated to earn money in undisclosed way. For ex: person giving loaner car was not willing to answer single question and pointing me to read agreement instead. 3) There was a request I put to check rear window which was squeaking. They told me they put lubricant and it's all good now. However, there was no change at all. It still makes the sound. 4) No body bothered to check tire pressure. It was getting lower but was not filled up. With all this, it is clear that customer experience was least of the worry for this dealership. I have been to several dealerships in past, Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Honda.. never had such experience and I do not intend to come back there for future needs. More
