We are so thankful that we found the right vehicle through Orr. Overall good experience with a few hiccups along the way. We bought a car that needed some work immediately, so we sent it to their service department with a list of things that needed to be done and were assured many times that all the items would be looked at in the week they’d have it. They ended up keeping it two weeks (not entirely their fault — we went on vacation and couldn’t pick it up asap) and didn’t complete the list. They took care of the big items, but it was supposed to be detailed, and some pretty obvious chunks of food, not from our family, were left in the back seat floor. They were supposed to glue a dangling defroster cord back to the back window, and ended up telling us they needed more time if we wanted them to do that, like it was a last minute add? Everything was on the list when they received our vehicle two weeks prior. And there was one issue with the rear view mirrors clicking and wagging back and forth upon selecting a preset, that they admittedly didn’t look at or even attempt to fix. We were just told “it’s fine” and we should just ignore the issue when we came to pick up our vehicle. Not pleased with any of those items, however; they did have integrity and worked hard with us to make sure we had a reliable rental vehicle for our vacation, since they had to keep our car longer to fix. Rina, our saleswomen, was very friendly and responsive every time I reached out about our vehicles progress. Not everything was in her control, and she did her best to see that we were having a positive experience along the way. Everyone we interacted with at Orr was kind, professional, and welcoming. Sure, there were some things that we weren’t fond of, as described above, but they did fix the big part that needed to be fixed upon purchase, and they ended up replacing both front tires because one of them had a weird chunk missing on the wall. Both of those items alone would have been a lot for us to pay for on our own, but they take pride in caring for their customers and truly wanted to make things right with us. Overall, the hiccups along the way were not big enough to prevent our business in the future. The pros far outweighed the cons for us, and we would be happy to purchase from Orr again. More
