I have called and gone to your dealer on several occasions. Have spoken with sales managers and general managers and have not been helped. As I said before to the rest everyone should be careful on the deals they sign on this dealer. Louis Silva lied to my face after I asked him about a $5000 bill that he made me sign and after I asked what it was for he said I did not owe anything to the dealer but when I called after receiving a bill from Lincoln I was told that the bill was not for them. I signed the contract under coercion and misrepresentation so the contract should be void and null and your dealership has done fraud. Extremely dissatisfied with the services offered and after being a costumer for many decades this relationship has come to an end.

DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I bought a used car from them and all they did was make it look nice but there was a plethora of issues from transmission problems to leaks in mult !! Now to fix it i have to pay more than what the car's worth. When I went there I was there from 6pm till near midnight. It was horrible. If your looking for a used car go somewhere else DO NOT GO HERE!! More
