I came in having to buy a car since mine died on me. I had an amazing experience with Grady as my sales associate. He helped both me and my boyfriend buy our vehicles. On the downside, management and se I had an amazing experience with Grady as my sales associate. He helped both me and my boyfriend buy our vehicles. On the downside, management and service ruined the experience for me. The car was delivered to my home filled with stains, melted plastic, and a severe cigarette smell. I brought it back to the dealership immediately for them to either trade out the car or fix their mistake. It has been two weeks since I brought the car back to them. They have not called me to notify me that my car has been done with repairs. I have been told almost every day that my car would be ready the next day. They have failed to keep their word on this. This is my first time buying a car on my own and Toyota has made it an awful and stressful experience. Grady has made this experience a whole lot easier to navigate. He is kind, respectful of situations, and is very transparent about everything. While another manager pushed me to the side and had me wait for 2 hours on something that he said would take him 30 minutes to complete. More
