Salesman, Christian, was very professional, courteous, attentive and made the buying experience a pleasant one. Yesterday, in the Service Department, a month or so, after sale, Cameron, was very friendly, energetic, understood my needs, was transparent, patient and had a couple important parts fixed under vehicle warranty. He made sure the entire vehicle was inspected for any possible issues, and offered to have my oil changed. I left the dealership very impressed with his integrity. He is very sharp in communication, knowing customer's expectations and went above and beyond in all aspects and I strongly believe he will help Hodges retain customers. Cameron exemplies all the good in customer service and that is a difficult quality to find in today's world. Outstanding ! More

As we were picking up our car after having it serviced, we noticed that the rear tow cover was missing. It hadn't been missing when we dropped the car off. We have owned six Mazdas, but Hodges Mazda has lost our business over a missing five dollar part. More
