Worst dealership on the planet. I have bought multiple trucks and cars from Joe Machens when it was owned by Drewing and now that it is owned by McLarty. Drewing was great. Always worked to make customers happy and did a great job during sales and repairs. Since McLarty took over it is a total mess every time I have to deal with with them. The reason I say I have to deal with them is that McLarty has now bought out every ford dealership within 50 miles of my home. My wife and I both drive fords and I have always driven fords. Every time I need repairs or even an oil change somehow the repairs turn into a total disaster. My latest and last encounter with Joe Machens was when we bought a 2021 Ford Expedition. It is used and had 45,000 miles on it. All in all not a bad car. My wife drove it for a couple of months and one day a couple of weeks ago it snowed. My wife pulled out of the garage and the car wouldn’t stop on the snow. I came outside and watched as she drove it down the driveway with the brakes fully depressed. Front tires locked up and rears were pushing the car down the driveway. I checked the brake fluid reservoir and found it completely empty. Keep in mind this car is always in the garage. No oil on the floor for two months. Also keep in mind that this car came with a fresh service and an inspection when we bought it. I filled the reservoir and bled all of the brakes. My wife drove it the next day. When she left the following morning I saw the oil puddle under the left rear tire. Low and behold the brake hose to left rear caliper was split. It had to be split and leaking when Machens purchased the vehicle at an auto auction. I say again “Literally the worst dealership on the planet.” More

My wife and I purchased a new 2025 Ford Explorer from Cameron Neal. He was very friendly and helpful. He made time to answer questions for us even when he wasn't at work. He broke down the deal so it was easily understood and worked with us on our trade in. Mike Butler is very friendly and showed us around when we were between financing and the Cameron. Bobby in financing helped us get what we needed for the new car without making us feel pressured. He also clarified some issues we had with financing at the Jeep dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and Cameron Neal at Joe Machens Ford if you want an honest and helpful salesman. More

Cameron Neal was our sales person and he was friendly, efficient and informative for those of us new to the technology.
