I purchased a Chevy Blazer for my wife July 6, 2024. The vehicle has been in Chevy dealership needing thousands of dollars work. I have requested 'service records' on vehicle (the records were promised at time of sale and never provided) , spoke with Calvin Woody sales mgr and left voice mail & email messages for service mgr Mike Schildts Jr. as well as Eugene Papaleo General mgr... "no response", no "callback"? All I am requesting is 'service record' of vehicle so we can make any necessary 'maintenance to vehicle moving forward. I have been very "patient", but "Sales & Service" are the "linchpin" to customer satisfaction and lasting relationships! which is the reason for this review. Steve S More
