Calvin Schlotfeldt picked up the phone and was very accommodating of our request to test drive some cars a little late in the evening. For the first time in purchasing a vehicle, it was good to see a salesperson focused on what we specifically needed. We went for a test drive and Calvin gave us guidance throughout the drive explaining the features of the vehicle. This was the first time I had an immersive test drive experience. What also helped was the fact that Calvin knew everything about the vehicle and the technology to give us focused answers. He always demonstrated that he cared about us. In fact, the next day when we came to pick up our vehicle, he made sure he was there, even though we sense it was his day off. Even after the purchase of the vehicle he has continued to care and guiding us as we learn more about our new vehicle. Finally, the financial team at Scott Honda was also very professional and helpful in answering our questions. They were organized with every single aspect making it a smooth transaction. Overall, the customer service from Scott Honda was really good and made buying a vehicle a less confusing process. Every member was pleasant to interact with and made us feel like they cared. More

He worked with me on a daily basis to keep me updated on when they would be receiving the car I wanted, and helped me secure a deposit in a timely manner. He even provided advice and assistance when I was planning my trip from DC to PA to pick up the car. He allowed me to test drive the car with him, and he knew everything! He answered all my questions and was able to teach me all the ins and outs. He even provided a helpful resource for me of tutorial videos in case I need help with anything in the future.
