Chances are every customer would agree, that purchasing a new vehicle can be a time consuming and stressful ordeal, but that was not the case when working with Jason Jenkins of Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City. new vehicle can be a time consuming and stressful ordeal, but that was not the case when working with Jason Jenkins of Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City. Because of the pandemic's impact on parts and a low supply of new vehicles, Jason patiently and professionally kept me up to date on the the arrival of inventory and other options to ensure I got the ideal car. For almost a year, he provided me with any guidance and suggestions needed to make sure I got the vehicle I really wanted and tailored to my wants and needs. With Jason's help, I essentially had my car built to my specifications. Even though the wait for my Jaguar took almost a year...I finally got what I wanted a few weeks ago. The entire team was there to make the wait and arrival a pleasant experience. Thank you Jason and the Jaguar staff for your outstanding customer service. I've been with you since 2001 and look forward to my next purchase. More

Everyone at dealership made the purchase enjoyable. Extremely attentive to my concerns for this vehicle purchase. Have been looking for a specific type vehicle with needed options, Ricky the used car m Extremely attentive to my concerns for this vehicle purchase. Have been looking for a specific type vehicle with needed options, Ricky the used car manager contact me and we went over the vehicle together. I went back on a Tuesday to make a decision and Eric the sales manager spent the time with me answering questions about the vehicle and warranty coverage. Sold me on vehicle and dealership!!!! Jason my salesman made the actual purchase easy and explained everything as paperwork was signed. I was introduced to the service department personnel and assigned Chelsea as my service advisor. Jason went over the vehicle at delivery and programmed the apps and paired my phone. He also answered a few questions I had a few days later. More

Disappointed Dane was out on the day that I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, David was cordial but not as friendly as the other service guys. He didn't inform Dane was out on the day that I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, David was cordial but not as friendly as the other service guys. He didn't inform me of any services or test nor diagnostics that was performed on my vehicle. Nonetheless; it was the first time that I was disappointed with unfriendly service. However; Todd showed up with his usual bubbly personality and put a smile on my face! Thanks Todd! More
