Contacted the Dealer Rep - Calin Used a Car Buying Service to purchase a used vehicle from Lithia. Given a Certified Dealer Certificate with price. Contacted the Dealer Rep - Calin Varga. Told him we were interested as had already previewed the vehicle. Varga assured us vehicle was still in the inventory. Made appointment to complete the purchase. Upon arrival at Dealership, Varga looked at price guarantee and after a couple of minutes informed us the vehicle had been sold or was being sold in the next room. As a side note spouse was desiring to purchase a new Crosstrek as she has owned two Subaru's already. Due to this treatment it won't be with this dealership. More

I found out afterward that I could've got the car for cheaper in Carson, which was odd because they claimed they beat Carson's prices by $500. That's my fault though for not doing my research though, so oh well, the price was still decent. Paul Bushnell was kind of condescending via email, that was lame. Also, when the car came it had damage on the hood that needed to be buffed out while I was signing paperwork, and greasy/oily handprints all over the inside. You shouldn't have the people who are getting their hands dirty detailing cars, or if the car needs to be inspected by a mechanic, do the detailing work afterward... The gross oily handprints I could get over since none stained anywhere but the hood damage was kind of ridiculous as I'm sure it would've been ignored had I not pointed it out, and was very obviously damage of some sort. There needs to be higher visual standards set for brand new cars being sold to customers. I probably would/will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

I felt I was given the best deal possible and left feeling confident in my purchase. Even Doha in finance was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Subaru. Calin even spent another 40 minutes thoroughly going over the car as the evening was getting late on a Friday night, I never felt rushed. I already sent a co-worker and she bought a new Subaru yesterday. I will probably be going back for another Subaru after I sell my Lexus. Subaru cars have many of the bells and whistles for a lot less! More
