Well I have to update this back down to 1 star. Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 a Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 and 2024 Telluride from them. Tried to get the oil changed in the K5 and the soonest they could get it in was over 2 months out. Even offered to leave it there all day. They did not care. The Telluride had several recalls including one that was a fire hazard. Again, 2 months out was the best they could do. At the time of both sales, they included 1 year of free maintenance which is basically 2 oil changes in 1 year. They would not honor that on either vehicle so don't fall for that scam like we did. They do offer Lyft rides and this morning right after I dropped it off, they called saying they had no record of free 1 year maintenance so I would have to pay for the oil change. The lady calling was not helpful at all. When I hung up, the Lyft driver said I was the 3rd person he picked up recently from Kia of Columbia that had the exact conversation about the 1 year of free maintenance with them! So if you are expecting to have great service because you bought a brand new vehicle from Kia of Columbia, you will be disappointed like us. They do not care about customers after the purchase. How does the saying go... fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!! More

In August, my kids and I were in a terrible accident in our 2021 Kia Stinger. Thank God we made it out alive, but our stinger was totaled! My 2 kids are both High Functioning Autistic, and all they wanted our 2021 Kia Stinger. Thank God we made it out alive, but our stinger was totaled! My 2 kids are both High Functioning Autistic, and all they wanted was for us to find another Red Hichrome Stinger This was the last year for this model and this red is a harder color to find. I came across this beautiful 2023 Stinger at Kia of Columbia. I started off dealing with Matt Lazinger and then David King. I told them our story and explained that I was 2 hours away from them and was waiting to find out if our car was totaled. These guys jumped through hoops to make this deal happen. They were determined to make this deal work out and put a smile on my son and daughter's face again. When I showed up at the dealership, Matt handed my son the keys to the Stinger. The smile I had not seen since the accident returned quickly that day. David was waiting for my son with a Kia Stinger hot-wheel car for him when he walked into the building. My son has carried that car in his pocket since leaving Kia of Columbia. I could not ever thank these two for all they did other than to tell our story. I will never buy another Kia from another dealership again unless it is this dealership or they work for it. I have never met anyone at a car dealership who gave their all just to brighten up the face of 2 kids who had just gone through something so traumatizing as Matthew Lazinger and David King did! It just wasn't all about making the money as it was making a difference. They showed us all that there is still good in the world. BUY FROM KIA OF COLUMBIA!!! You won't regret it!!! More

I have made multiple purchases from Kia of Columbia, and Novy Foland has been my sales person for every one. But this time he really went above and beyond! I live over two hours away from the dealership and Novy Foland has been my sales person for every one. But this time he really went above and beyond! I live over two hours away from the dealership and had totaled my previous car. Novy and I discussed a couple options, then he made a video of this great Cadenza for me to ensure I liked it. Then, on his day off no less, he drove to my home, helped me run a couple errands, then drove me back to Columbia to finish the paperwork. That's dedication there! More

My husband and I expressed interest in a new Sorento and drove over 500 miles to test drive the vehicle and ultimately purchase it. The car itself is wonderful and I have no complaints. Our salesman, Wesam, drove over 500 miles to test drive the vehicle and ultimately purchase it. The car itself is wonderful and I have no complaints. Our salesman, Wesam, was helpful and had good knowledge about the vehicle itself. Honestly, this is where the good ends. We had to deal with Caleb Z. in management for the trade-in and things just weren't clear. Then we dealt with Levi S. in financing and he is where we had major issues. I agreed to pay an additional amount down on top of the trade-in and this was never collected. Then it took them over 2 weeks to reach out. Should I have realized this yes, but once we left, it was completely off my mind. When they finally reached out they claimed to have made phone calls to my husband and myself, but we didn't have missed calls or voicemails. Everything was settled with this and I submitted my additional down payment. I purchased the vehicle on 9/10/22 and received a letter dated 11/2/22 from the Illinois Dept of Revenue that the taxes are my vehicles were paid 6 days late and now I owe a late fee. I will be paying this to avoid any action being taken against me, however, I fully expect the dealership to cover this. Shortly after receiving this letter, I also received a check from the dealership for $1,675 because they overcharged me on the taxes. The whole point here is that the finance guy, Levi, has no idea what he's doing and is causing me to waste my time and money to fix his issues. I fully expect a phone call from the dealership to rectify this. More

This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Kia of Columbia and Novy. As a former car salesperson, it was very important that I found an honest dealership and salesperson for all of my needs. My wi of Columbia and Novy. As a former car salesperson, it was very important that I found an honest dealership and salesperson for all of my needs. My wife stumbled onto Novy's profile online and we hit it off. Novy is a wonderful sales associate and really does his best to be on your side. Finance did not beat us up too badly and was very fair with their pricing and offerings. Their car pricing is so competitive that I didn't need to go in and negotiate for 6 hours to get the best deal, they already had it! I would recommend my friends and most importantly, my family, to Novy and the Kia of Columbia family. More
