I bought a jeep from them and they were the last ones to change my oil and my oil housing is cracked and they won't stand behind it. It's a $1000. To fix ,which i don't have. Unfortunately every visit is a misadventure. I am sorry that Ford forces me to come in. Your team that checks me in and out are doing their best but other than that it's been frustrating doing I am sorry that Ford forces me to come in. Your team that checks me in and out are doing their best but other than that it's been frustrating doing anything with Ford. After over 20 years driving Fords I am struggling with the fees and lack of extra touches to keep their clients with them. Again the folks working to check me in and out are doing fine! The company, their easily broken parts and extra fees are off putting. More
