We have always dreaded car shopping in person but at some point you just have to step foot on a lot to see the car in person and put hands on before a purchase. After hours of online research we made the trip to Allen Turner Genesis in Pensacola and it changed our minds about in person car shopping. From the minute we showed up and were greeted by Caleb the experience was truly pleasant. Caleb greeted us and actually listened to us and addressed all of our wants and concerns. He was never about “pushing” for the sale but all about making sure all of our questions were answered and providing valuable information. We pretty much guided the entire interaction and left that day to digest all of the info and make sure this was the right car for us. Since we live an hour away we called back later in the week to start the process. We traveled back to the dealership the next weekend and quickly completed the paperwork that was prepared before our arrival and drove out very happy customers. Our minds have been changed about in person car shopping and the bar has been set very high. Thank you Caleb and the entire Allen Turner Genesis team. More

We had been in the market for a new vehicle for a couple months and done homework, watched videos and gone into a couple of dealerships including Allen Turner of Pensacola. We had just stopped in to kick the tires on a contender vehicle and because of the staff, the inventory and the an our sales associate Caleb Osborne we walked away in a new Allen Turner Genesis! Caleb we had meet previously and he stayed in touch (not the annoying I need to make a sale tomorrow way) and addressed our concerns! When we stopped back by again randomly, it was as if we stopped by his house, welcoming and he knew his product. So I would definatively choose Allen Turner again! This process was both amazing and dare I say a pleasurable experience buying a new vehicle through Allen Turner Genesis! More
