When my 2019 Kia Sorento was in the shop and they informed me I couldn't drive it safely, they wouldn't give me a loaner and suggested I go across the street to Hertz to rent a care and assured me th informed me I couldn't drive it safely, they wouldn't give me a loaner and suggested I go across the street to Hertz to rent a care and assured me they would reimburse me for the cost. Fast forward 3 weeks in which I had to call weekly for updates and ask if they were sure it was ok for me to continue extending the rental car, I was told I needed a new engine, $10,000, and they were not going to reimburse my now $850 rental fee and that my options were to pay to have my car fixed or buy another car from them - they were going to stick me with all these costs if I chose to walk away. Horrible communication, horrible, expensive and stressful experience that could have been handled soooooooooo much better. I will say that the sales person, Caleb, did seem to be doing what he could to help me get to a reasonable solution. More

My wife and I had a wonderful experience leasing a new 2025 Kia Sportage plug-in hybrid X line. The whole process was seamless. Caleb Jenkins especially did a fantastic job as our sales rep. He was thorou 2025 Kia Sportage plug-in hybrid X line. The whole process was seamless. Caleb Jenkins especially did a fantastic job as our sales rep. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to work with. 10/10 The one critique I have about the process is that Ross Darrow automatically added the Zilon and diamond extra packages raising the price of the vehicle by $2000. There was apparently no way to opt out of those. Overall, very happy with our experience. More
