Johnathan was adding stuff I asked to be taken off the bill. Seemed disheveled and I was pressured and gave in just to get out of there. I don’t even want this stupid app for 595 and was told it comes with the car. Yeah right! I asked to have it taken off bill or refund it because it isn’t going to serve me..Again my loss and your gain 💰 I will never drive 1.5 hours to get my car serviced by your dealership and I am not renewing it after a year. Let’s see how today goes for reinstalling the LoJack. More

Once we arrived after driving over 200 miles to get there, we felt misled by a number of things. Optional items were added without our consent. Bryan seemed annoyed because we asked to have them remove there, we felt misled by a number of things. Optional items were added without our consent.
