The Good: Caleb was awesome! I saw a truck that they had just taken in on trade that had a few minor mechanical issues and cosmetic flaws. I called and said I wanted to make a deal on it, and that's what happened. No xx, no trying to sell me something more expensive, etc. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy from this dealership ask specifically for Caleb. The Bad: Please bear in mind that this was sort of a last minute deal, and at the time their service department was swamped. But...the truck had a slow transmission cooler line leak and was low on transmission fluid. I asked them to top off the fluids before I test drove it. Came back the next day, they said fluids were topped off. Truck was shifting hard so I checked the fluid: it was low. When I got it home and topped it off, I found out it was actually around 3 quarts low. Additionally, when the service department processed it out and did the safety inspection, they supposedly corrected the tire pressures. When I picked it up and checked the pressures, the front left tire was about 25 psi overfilled and the front right tire was about 10 psi low. The truck also passed safety inspection despite the fact that the front right tire clearly had broken belts bulging on the sidewall, as well as a circumferential split around the bead. The idler arm was looser than an overcooked spaghetti noodle. I'm frankly surprised that it made it through inspection that way. But as I said before, they were totally swamped and trying to push it through. Overall: I got a good deal on a good truck. I'm a mechanic by trade, and have the leaks and mechanical issues fixed as well as the dents. I will definitely be bringing my business back here due to the sales environment and the fact that I feel like the goof-ups at the lube rack were most likely a one-off. More
