After looking, we went back to Don Ayres unannounced and Cleveland was very busy helping other customers. He helped us find Rick. Rick was quick to jump in and help us purchase the car that we wanted. He was super friendly and also great with our kids. We ended up purchasing a CR-V EX-L.
