He allowed me time to make my decision and never applied unwarranted pressure. He even made sure that services I was due were put in writing so as not to be overlooked as time passes. In addition, every member of the staff from the receptionist to management was great to interact with. I don't give this review lightly. I spent 12 years as a car salesman in my past and these folks have my respect! I highly recommend BMW of Fort Wayne . Oh, and if you decide to give them a shot to earn your business, make sure to ask for Caleb. Tell him Don sent you. More
