Scheduled a tire rotation but it wasn’t completed because no heavy duty racks were available. This is my third oil change with this truck at this dealership. The first in January 2023 was $170. The second in April 2023 was $150. I also had one completed in at a Ram dealership Ohio in October 2023 for $136. THESE ALL INCLUDED TIRE ROTATIONS. I was beyond shocked when my latest visit to this stealership cost $184 WITHOUT A TIRE ROTATION. Service manager blamed the cost of oil ($17/qt.), but I’ve found Pennzoil 0W40 synthetic oil at many locations for $45/case so that is obviously BS. More
