The customer service was great, that staff was friendly, and the process was efficient. I do remember when the oil change was $59…. . now it’s $99. That’s crazy. I had a coupon and they took it and the car was done super fast which is rare too. Had appointment for oil change and rotate tires. Watched them change oil but never rotated tires. I questioned service manger (Ali Abdulsattar) about the service. He challenged my observation and told me they completed the service. This is the second time they didn’t complete the service I paid for. Never will purchase or go to Elk Grove Ford again. Horrible business. More
