Lack of Service and Leadership. My vehicle has been at this dealership 3 times for the same issue and it’s still not fixed. Was reassured by the Service Manager Michael Kayler t My vehicle has been at this dealership 3 times for the same issue and it’s still not fixed. Was reassured by the Service Manager Michael Kayler this would be addressed. The required repair was not completed as discussed and when questioned he turned the issue around as this was not discussed. The worse of it he was not available. I have heard this so many times before. I even tried to escalate the matter to the store General Manager give it to the service manager. “0” accountability and beyond frustrated! The Service Writer Colton tried to make it write but he had no support from his leadership. This was my first Subaru and purchased new. It will be my last. I sat on this review for several days prior to submitting. The problem is still present, half assed work, craftsmanship, and lack of leadership is amazing in today’s environment. Just be cautious as you will get lip service xx. Simple corrections/repairs done timely and correct. More

A 45 minute job turned into 3 hours. Then almost 30 minutes just to get the bill correct. But not after I pointed out the that my car was done and sitting just outside. Who knows how long it was sitting out there and DONE. ? I was told I needed to replace the rear brakes pads. Never got a call back confirming the price I would have to pay for this job to be completed. Going elsewhere for a second opinion for the brakes and now new tires. I was also told the tires were in need of replacing. Wow, I just brought the car from them less than 400 miles ago AND NOW BOTH THE REAR BRAKES AND ALL TIRES will need replacing !! More

I ordered a $59 oil change on line. The ask for the 3 services for $169. After an hour and a half. I decided I only wanted the $59 service. When she rang me up it came to $158 For today The ask for the 3 services for $169. After an hour and a half. I decided I only wanted the $59 service. When she rang me up it came to $158 For today's service. I flipped, I was so angry. I had to buy the 3 service package or pay $158 for the $59 service I ordered on line. Serious bait and switch. I asked for a quote to replace the driver's side mirror. They are still waiting for the parts department to come up with the parts cost. I looked it up on line. It's $148. I will not be taking my car back. There's a serious issue with an organization that can't cooperate from one department to another. More
