Mazda may not sell its cars many as Honda or Toyota but their service is far better. Mazda even have loaner service. I do not need to wait few hours at the dealership and Availability of loaner vehicle keep my work schedule on time. More

Good Service & Communication I am normally very satisfied with the service I receive at NP Mazda. This visit they forgot to reset the service reminder that pops up every time you I am normally very satisfied with the service I receive at NP Mazda. This visit they forgot to reset the service reminder that pops up every time you start the car...so that was a little disappointing. I think I have to return to the dealer to have this taken care of. Other than that, everything is good. Update: turns out resetting it is quite easy to do and Caitlin called me right away 👍 More
