My positive experience started with a great service department, they took excellent care of my recall issue. When I started looking at trucks the sales rep was very informative and knowledgable about department, they took excellent care of my recall issue. When I started looking at trucks the sales rep was very informative and knowledgable about the trucks and suggestive, not pushy. He pointed out the discounts available for truck month and we visited about my trade. Because I was there for service and not to buy I left leaving him with my desire to get more for the trade etc. Follow up calls were polite and to the point. Took the wife in and drove the truck, liked it and we worked on the price and what it would take to have a deal. The follow up after purchase has been great with a few call to see how things are going and if I have any questions about the operation of the truck. Overall a very positive experience. I will recommend this dealership to friends looking for a new vehicle. More
