Our experience was okay . Make sure before you sign your paperwork all your concerns and responses are in writing and you have all your answers. Do not just listen to what the salesperson states because ultimately it is only about making the sale. Before committing to such a large purchase, investigate what you are purchasing and shop around .I am not stating we are having issues currently with this vehicle, but it has only been 1 day. We just do not want the same engine issues that we have had in the past with GMC Sierra. I believe it is a known issue that we should have done more investigating before we jumped right in with the purchase of this vehicle. I also feel the sales agent should be a little more educated on what they are selling when a customer asks questions about the vehicle . A vehicle is a large purchase, and with this, you do not want to turn around and have to put money into this purchase right away. I understand that we purchased a used vehicle and problems may occur, but when we ask about this before driving it should be considered. Future customers should do your own education prior to making such a large purchase. Everyone was extremely nice, but I feel it was to make the sale rather than satisfy the customer. This truly will impact where I choose to purchase my next vehicle. When you go into a dealership and ask prior to test driving a vehicle for this vehicle not to have a certain motor type this should be more investigated by your sales agent. It was about making money versus satisfaction. More
