Service department courtesy was excellent and all my questions were answered. But I believe the service advisor suggested maintenance that was not needed at this time. Was on time for my appointment but was kept waiting by the service rep. At the pay point, the service rep handed me the wrong car keys and was not apologetic about it insisting it was my key.
