The sales staff did their best to sell worthless products and hard sell for financing. All nice guys but the purchase if a used truck was an exhausting ordeal. I had just purchased my 2nd truck in 3 years from Harbor Nissan in Port Charlotte perwork charlotte. I have to say I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone period from being greeted at the Nissan in Port Charlotte perwork charlotte. I have to say I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone period from being greeted at the door to the salesman to the service department nothing nothing but a 100% satisfactory service! I highly recommend CJ the salesman, Jason Penland the financial manager and Mir Ali the financial closer. As a team they made this the easiest experience yet! I can't say enough how grateful I am! I also have to say service dept is top notch they really know customer service! I have worked with Chance and Matt in the service dept they have a great deal of knowledge and really care about the customer while still keeping the business in mind! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I DO NOT HAVE 1 NEGATIVE THING TO SAY! Just keep doing what you are doing. I will return for my next vehicle. Thank you!! More

Everything went pretty smooth for my second time around. I just wish I would’ve known about being rejected by loan office’s sooner though . I went back in after already taking the truck home & emptying out I just wish I would’ve known about being rejected by loan office’s sooner though . I went back in after already taking the truck home & emptying out myold truck the day before to find out I was rejected by all these credit loans & the only way to keep the new truck was to jump Extremely up in price , payments ,& interest rate at the last second. And this was very disappointing! But I really love the truck & wanted to stick with it . More
