My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience last night while getting our new bronco. Jason was our dealer & so very helpful! Usually I find buying vehicles EXTREMELY stressful— but NOT this time! Greg (ma while getting our new bronco. Jason was our dealer & so very helpful! Usually I find buying vehicles EXTREMELY stressful— but NOT this time! Greg (manager) & Corey (finance manager) were TOP NOTCH to work with. REALLY great guys. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new ride. You will not be disappointed by these guys. I’d also like to mention they stayed open 3 HOURS over to help us & never once even batted an eye at that. These guys are TOTAL class! More

Greg and Roxanne have been very accommodating and helpful with every service we have needed. Always willing to fit us in and pick up our vehicles/drop off for us. I feel the dealership has our best interest with every service we have needed. Always willing to fit us in and pick up our vehicles/drop off for us. I feel the dealership has our best interest when it comes to servicing our vehicles. It’s very Im unfortunate Ford Corp is unwilling to do what’s right for the consumer. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing another Ford vehicle in the future. More

The vehicle I was purchasing was at their used car lot and I agreed to a price with the sales manager at this lot. I was head to my credit union to finalize my loan and figure out how much I wanted to put and I agreed to a price with the sales manager at this lot. I was head to my credit union to finalize my loan and figure out how much I wanted to put down on the vehicle ($30,000). All I needed was a signed Purchase Order from the dealer. The used car manager called me and let me know that GM and Finance guy for the dealership just wrote up the purchase order and add a $4,500 Service contract to my purchase order. This is a complete Bait and Switch! I was told they had another buyer, and they tried to sell me on the same deal they were trying sell the other buyer on, but the other buy could not Qualify for a loan. Meanwhile, It feels good to look back at their website to still see them sitting on the vehicle for over 120day now! This dealership is the definition of the term "Used Car Dealer" just greedy as xxxx! Even thought this vehicle is still available for Less $ I would buy anything from such dishonest car dealer! More

To be honest this may sound petty but it’s the principle. I just spent 28 thousand on a vehicle last night and drove it 1.5 hours home. The next morning (this morning) we noticed a 7 dollar clip/cover on th I just spent 28 thousand on a vehicle last night and drove it 1.5 hours home. The next morning (this morning) we noticed a 7 dollar clip/cover on the bumper was missing. It had come off on our drive home. When I contacted Kristy (manager) about it the response was “I can price one for you”. That just kind of irked me. I know I bought a used “as-is” vehicle. But it’s not like I was asking for something major. Obviously they did some work on the vehicle and didn’t have a 7 dollar clip snapped in all the way. I feel like if I owned the place and a customer just spent 28,000 I would send them a 7 dollar piece. So if this place will treat this small issue like this, I can only imagine how they would handle a serious issue. Other then that I will say the sales rep and finance manager I dealt with were extremely nice. More
