My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I apologize about the key situation it was an unfortunate incident that the key was missing. We did provide a key the day you purchased the vehicle and you elected not to drive the vehicle. When you returned to pick it up we gave 3 keys to the car. In regards to the credit card we ran you your credit card for a deposit to hold the vehicle. If the deal was that we would refund your deposit then I will make sure that is taken care of. I understand that you put it on a credit card so I will just need the card number. As far as the additional products that you purchased those were products that you agreed to and signed for. You did not put any money down so gap insurance is for your protection. In the event the vehicle is totalled it will cover the difference between what you owe and the book value of the vehicle. If you do not want it we can cancel it. The lojack was installed today so if you did not want it you should have cancelled the appointment. You did agree to both of these items and sign a contract. I understand that you wanted to speak with Gloria but she is on vacation this week. Insurance is your responsibility and I understand you were having difficulty getting a card with the correct information. The key was handed to my after contract was signed. Whats the point of test driving it then? I paid deposit with my debit card not credit card. I called several time about it and was reasured it was been taken care of and this is the first time hearing you need the card number to be able to refund me. I dnt get it.
