Next, I called them, and they agreed that after I cancelled the plan they would give me a check for the difference between what I paid and the refund which was 282 dollars. I lost so much money because of this what I spent and what I was refunded after a year of ownership. Jermaine white told me the check was mailed Dec 5th and guess what, he lied because I still don't have it. He also told me they are a billion dollar company with other things to do. They don't care about the customer just the dollar. Find another dealer and buy and not this one. I have called numerous times to speak with General Manger and nobody returns my calls.. So, I will continue to write bad reviews on this dealer to help other people be aware of scams Twice reported to the BBB but that doesn't help either. The only way is to let others know. And, yea, they hide a 5K markup because they say it's due to not having cars on the lot. Another scam. More

Although I have had a good buying experience with this dealer in the past, a couple of weeks ago I went in because of a letter suggesting special pricing with discounts and trade-in. Instead, the salesper dealer in the past, a couple of weeks ago I went in because of a letter suggesting special pricing with discounts and trade-in. Instead, the salesperson never came off the list price, offered less on trade-in than the blue book value, and quoted 12+ percent financing (although my credit score was 793). I felt like I was being taken for a ride, and I don't mean a test drive. I really like my 2021 KIA K5 and would have considered a trade-in and a new purchase, but the offer was almost an insult. When I said the offer wouldn't work, after they came back with nearly the same numbers, the sales manager pushed hard for me to accept a lease. I am very unlikely to go back to this dealership and cannot recommend it to anyone. If you want a KIA, look for a dealer who will work with you, not try to take you to the cleaners. More
