I actually visited Vero Beach Mitsubishi. I went in there with a list of items I NEEDED in my new car, but already had a model in mind. After two days of searching and constant communication I went in there with a list of items I NEEDED in my new car, but already had a model in mind. After two days of searching and constant communication my sales rep YOYO found the perfect car for me, it wasn’t the model I had in mind (the model I was looking for wasn’t available within a 1,000 mile radius, and because of a PCS I had a short timeline) but found a way to add all of the creature comforts that I desired. I happened to be on vacation in Vero Beach and he even arranged for the new car to be transported to me! He was so friendly and helped me with all of my needs and wants. I know I asked for a lot, but he delivered that and more. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the experience I had. I heard horror stories about car dealerships, but they couldn’t have been talking about Vero Beach Mitsubishi. Everyone was so friendly and even remembered our first names, even the manager Chris. I had the worst experience in my life with your sutherlin Mitsubishi dealership, I went in for a oil change they managed to convince me to look at car Chris promised they would run my credit once and they ra Mitsubishi dealership, I went in for a oil change they managed to convince me to look at car Chris promised they would run my credit once and they ran it 8 times said they can trade my car in and get what I wanted for 500 down and then once I signed everything and had keys in my hands and my insurance changed over they said they needed to cancel the deal or get 3500 cash they crippled my credit with 8 hard inquiries. I haven’t been this sad and disappointed in my life your employees ruined my credit and had me sit 5 hours just to tease me and ruin my credit More
