Every single car dealership I went to was asking for a ridiculous down payment, I have a high credit score and when asking for options without a down payment I would get no assistance. Ended up checking o ridiculous down payment, I have a high credit score and when asking for options without a down payment I would get no assistance. Ended up checking out this Kia location and I am so pleased with the service, went in and the salesman, Tino Hurtado, gave such good service. No hassle, no trying to get me to put down a huge down payment. Went over my credit and then that's it's, worked with the plan I wanted to do and got my Kia Carnival! Even though I moved to lancaster I still came back down to this kia because my family always works with the same salesman. I did shop around just to compare in my area and the rates and service were horrib to this kia because my family always works with the same salesman. Car shopping has been stressful and I went to 4 other dealers before coming to Kia. I was walking around a bit and unsure if I was going to be able to find a deal here but then a salesman saw me and ca dealers before coming to Kia. My credit isnt the best at the moment and I went to 3 other dealerships, Honda, Toyota and even Carmax but none of them would work with me. I did not get a new car but I got a 2020 Sportage but its in great condition, warranty, a great payment. He truly worked with me to get me the best deal, I was losing hope until I worked with Tino. Please ask for him when you come here, Tino Hurtado, best salesman!!! More

We call Tino Hurtado and setup a time...once here he goes over the new models, features and is always helpful and patient. My entire family always wants to come and go for the test drive. I appreciated him going in and getting waters for all of my kids when I was walking around the lot before choosing which car to test drive. Above and beyond service!!! Great service, came to switch out vehicles on my lease and as always I work with Tino Hurtado. I have been working with him for years now and will not go anywhere else. I call him when its time to switch, he always checks what I am looking for in the new vehicle and setup an appt to come in. Smooth and quick service, makes going through everything a breeze. I went with the new Telluride and these new Kia models are really stepping it up lately, great vehicle, has all the bells and whistles I could want. Call Tino and come check these cars out. More
