Byron our service advisor took great care of us and our vehicle and provided updated as to the status of our car and pending campaign updates that were required by Porsche. Although loaner was not avail, I really did appreciate Porsche Atlanta Perimeter's Uber service offer which made getting my vehicle in for service and back for pickup easy and seamless. This is especially appreciated as I do live outside the 20 mile distance area from the dealership so it is a bit of a hike to get in for service/sales or any issues. Keep on offering this service and great customer service guys. Much appreciated along with friendly staff. More

I brought my 2024 Porsche Panamera in only because I noticed light wheel scuffs after a car wash and felt a slight vibration in the left wheel. I never reported pulling or steering drift, yet the paperw noticed light wheel scuffs after a car wash and felt a slight vibration in the left wheel. I never reported pulling or steering drift, yet the paperwork inaccurately documented that I said the car was “pulling to the right,” which was not true. During my visit, I was told that no issue could be diagnosed, yet Porsche suggested that the cause “might” be the steering column and attempted to involve my insurance company for an inspection estimate of over $11,000 — despite not identifying any confirmed problem or presenting any diagnostic findings in writing. I picked up my vehicle expecting reassurance and clarity. Instead, my car is now significantly worse than before I dropped it off. It is now: • Shaking severely at normal driving speeds • Swinging side-to-side at times • Producing knocking sounds under the front area • And what appears to be the rotor surface was changed or altered, though this has not been acknowledged or explained Porsche has refused to correct or address the deterioration in the vehicle’s performance since their handling of it. I have submitted photos and videos and have attempted multiple times to escalate for a resolution, but I have not received transparency, follow-up, or a plan to make this right. For a brand positioned around engineering excellence and ownership experience, this has been extremely disappointing. I am requesting immediate contact from Porsche Executive Relations to review this situation and provide a proper resolution. More

Good job and save me a signfiicant amount of funds and got my car done in 2.5 hrs! Well worth the wait and was able to get back on the road the SAME day. More
