Made an appointment to have my wife’s 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee looked at for a clicking sound heard at low speeds. Was sent a text from them advising I could communicate with them through said text numbe Cherokee looked at for a clicking sound heard at low speeds. After four days I inquired about the diagnosis and was advised via text that they would get back to me in the next day or two at the latest. I waited another four days and texted again asking the diagnosis and did not receive a text back. The next day I called and was advised that they had just finished an engine job and will move me to the top of the list. Why take my car if you can’t work on it for 9 days? Communication would be nice. If you don’t have time to do it just tell me that, why make an appointment to just have my car sit there. I won’t be going back there again. More
