We bought our 2nd car thru Coastal in 9/24. Loved Matt Kaszanek, our client advisor. Informative and no pressure. Felt the pick up was disorganized and was not overly pleased with “Tommy Loved Matt Kaszanek, our client advisor. Informative and no pressure. Felt the pick up was disorganized and was not overly pleased with “Tommy D”. He kept saying just a bit longer. 2.5 hrs later we finally left. We would have gone to get lunch if time was more realistic: Some of his registration comments which he repeated were unnecessary. Trying to get a call back regarding cargo cover was only successful when we touched base with Matt. More
