We could not be more happy with our experience at Phillips Toyota of Leesburg. My husband and I were longtime customers of a competitor's Toyota dealership in Ocala. We had gone to the dealership i Phillips Toyota of Leesburg. My husband and I were longtime customers of a competitor's Toyota dealership in Ocala. We had gone to the dealership in Ocala on Saturday morning with expectations of purchasing our 4th vehicle in a row from them. We were treated so poorly by one of their sales managers we left and went to Phillips. I was paired with Burton Randal, a very nice salesman, who was top notch and very trustworthy (if you knew me, I don't trust salesmen). The entire staff was very friendly and we were treated with respect. We ended up purchasing the vehicle I started to attempt to purchase in Ocala, and I could not be happier with our purchase experience. My only feedback that is not positive, is that it just takes too long to buy a car. We knew the car we wanted very quickly, but we were there for four hours. This is the same at all dealerships unfortunately. I wish there was a way to make it go faster. More

You pay for the 3000 dollar advantage up front. Went to look at a Used Rav 4. I did the black book value on my vehicle from there website. Was between 15500 and 18600 value.they looked at my car. No accidents no scratches 26 months old and still smells new inside. They offered me 12500 to 13000. I had him look it up on his website and he couldn't tell me why he couldn't offer me at the very least the minimum black book value. I know why!!!!!!! Cause they have been ripping people off for years. Do not deal with these people. Unless you like to give your money away. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! More

Burt Randall is such a good rep for Phillips; he made sure I had the smoothest, easiest car buying experience EVER! He went above and beyond to make sure that when I drove off the lot in my car I was 100 percent satisfied. On top of that, he knows his stuff; he's been in the business so long, I don't think anything phases him; he handles it all with a smile on his face. And Dennis J, who helped me with the financing and warranty portion is a 30-year experienced financial whiz. Plus his background in mechanics helped me understand the benefits of the warranty I was purchasing - he knows mechanically and financially how to make a smart decision. All in all, I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership and the people who work there. We will be purchasing our family's next vehicle from Phillips Toyota.
