They really grab you for all your money. I just leased ioniq 5 2023. They insisted I could only get 5000 rebate instead of 7500 that is advertised everywhere including consumer reports. First they tell me it will take months for the color I want for the car and once I say to return my 1k deposit then suddenly they found the car in the color I asked. CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! You will get taken in one way or another. Do not believe what they say. I wish I had read these reviews before I went there. The owner replies saying they will review the content. This dealership likes to screw a customer over at every step of the way. We purchased a new Hyundai Elantra Limited 2020 with only 2000 miles on it. Car was great at first, however nearly a week later the forward collision sensor said it was "obstructed". I even took a picture of my dashboard that was lit up like a Christmas tree. Just recently it did it again and my car completely freaked out this time, the car braked hard like 70 to 30 MPH with no car in front of me. So I grabbed my OB2 diagnostic sensor (that is like 300 bucks) to see if it threw a code, and nothing. I continued driving around with it and again there is no code. This week my blind spot detection system doesn't turn on anymore I have to hit the button three or four times to get it to work, and same goes for the lane departure warning. Will NOT be doing any sort of business with this company ever again. Not to mention they charged like 6000 over MSRP when the car was actually cheaper in Orlando. More

Went to buyout my leased vehicle and instead of going over the numbers involving the quoted base buyout amount on my leasing contract, this shady place had the audacity to quote me well over the base amo over the numbers involving the quoted base buyout amount on my leasing contract, this shady place had the audacity to quote me well over the base amount (this was the initial amount prior to assessing taxes and fees for the total amount). When asking the sales manager where he got this number, he had no answer and basically said “because I can” Hate to tell him, that is not how contracts work. The base buyout amount was contractually agreed upon in the initial leasing paperwork.Turned into the Better Business Bureau and filing a consumer complaint with the state. Would hate to know how many elderly or novice car buyers this place has ripped off and breached contracts. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU PREFER BEING RIPPED OFF! More

I went to purchase a car from this dealer. Walked in with the window sticker of the car we wanted. We negotiated price based on the sticker. We left . Upon further inspection the VIN number of the car I am d the window sticker of the car we wanted. We negotiated price based on the sticker. We left . Upon further inspection the VIN number of the car I am driving is not the car on the window sticker, as the car on the window sticker is a much more expensive car. Granted something we should have caught sooner. I have contacted the dealer multiple times for a month now inquiring as to what happened and how the sticker was on the wrong car. Maybe reparations like a hitch that I paid for already that was suppose to already come on the car. My salesman was Burt Johnson and I use to think he was amazing and responsive until he hasn't wanted to respond to this question. More
