Everything was very good. This was our first visit since getting the vehicle so it was free. I was a little concerned because I told the rep. that I thought I had enough points to get a free oil change. H getting the vehicle so it was free. He said there was no one there that was able to figure the points out, which concerned me a bit. However, since it was our first visit I didn't need to use them. I guess I'll make my next oil change during the week so there is someone that knows your point system. I feel I should have to do this though.... More
