Used Ranger with trade-in I went to the dealer to look at a used Ranger, with the possibility of trading in my vehicle. I liked the truck, but the trade offer was much too low. I went to the dealer to look at a used Ranger, with the possibility of trading in my vehicle. I liked the truck, but the trade offer was much too low. I'm not a negotiator, so I didn't bargain down the truck price, only the trade value which I was ready to walk away from. They eventually agreed to the terms. On driving home, the front was making some rattling noise I didn't notice on the test drive. I contacted Jermaine, and he spoke with Bud, his manager. I took the truck in and they didn't have the part, so I came back again. The new part didn't fix it, so they continued to troubleshoot and needed another part. Bud approved all the work to be done, and my truck was fixed. I appreciate the integrity demonstrated in fixing a truck just purchased and making it right. More
