Hello my name is Bryson Smith and I’m one of our Finance Managers here at Jim Ellis Kia. I started my sales career as a home theater expert for Best Buy, but then shortly after, developed a passion for Automobile Sales. I’m currently working on my degree at Kennesaw State University. Whenever I’m not at the dealership you can typically either find me online running a gaming channel on YouTube or finding my time trying to stick to some sort of gym schedule with friends. Not the best experience. Wouldn’t come back here to be honest. The trade in experience was awful and at times the process seemed very unorganized. Everyone I met went above and beyond. As a first time new car buyer, I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone was. Bryson went above and beyond to find me the perfect car. I changed my mind about three car buyer, I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone was. Bryson went above and beyond to find me the perfect car. I changed my mind about three times before finally deciding on the 2021 Sorento and Bryson not once gave me grief. He is knowledgeable, professional, and hysterical. We are very impressed with Jim Ellis Kia. Mike Boyd, the GM, was very professional and customer friendly in helping us work through the entire purchase process. Can't say enough good things about Mike...he's terrific. Our Sales Rep Bryson Smith was terrific as well. His knowledge of the Telluride EX and its features, technology, and safety characteristics is very impressive...plus he was very patient in helping us learn how to set up and use everything. He is a genuine sales professional, competent, friendly and responsive. Finally, our business/financing rep, Brandon Pond, was also very competent, friendly and thorough in explaining and executing the various documents required to handle the trade-ins and purchase process. He's got a lot of capability and a bright business future.
