We felt that he was genuine and credible from the start and his enthusiasm was obvious but not over the top and helped make the experience enjoyable rather than the dreaded "car sales" experience. The service and efficiency was tremendous - from Bryon in finance to the guys who stayed late to detail the car and Bronwyn (I think) who stayed late to walk through some of the new information for Chris and us, the dedication was obvious. That helped them weigh features I wasn't sure if I wanted/needed, which resulted in me finding the perfect vehicle. Leasing discussion and trade-in value was fair; there was a little back-and-forth on pricing, but nothing crazy. I don't think this dealership does a lot of negotiating, but they are fair in their prices. More
