This is the third Lexus I have purchased from this dealership, and it again lived up to its 5 star rating. I did lots of research beforehand which led me to Mike Kennedy who got the process started. He was able to find the exact car I was interested in and from then on it was smooth sailing - no pressure. Even fun, which is not usually expected. I was treated with respect and consideration by Kent and the entire staff. Both Kent and Mark showed infinite patience throughout. I might be putting Mark on speed dial! Bryon was great - no pressure regarding extras. Everyone was so kind. A day well spent! More

I have been a BMW driver for over 10 years. I really liked your product and the service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Bryon Burdette even provided us lunch! Almost stuck around for dinner. The quality of Lexus of Sacramento's staff is the main reason we returned to their dealership for our new Lexus 450h. Daryl Do Carmo was extreamly helpful in informing us about the 450h and the compariso reason we returned to their dealership for our new Lexus 450h. Daryl Do Carmo was extreamly helpful in informing us about the 450h and the comparison with the 350RX. His curtious manner of answering our questions was appreciated. As a result of his knowledge and Bryron Burdette's desire to keep us as a Lexus of Sacramento customer, our decision was easy. Quality and service is important to us and Lexus of Sacramento is the best dealership to fullfill our needs. Great RX450h, great dealership. What more could one ask for. More

We had gone to another Lexus dealership and were rather turned off by the experience. Then we walked into the Sacramento Lexus and had an entirely different experience. From the moment we walked on the lot we were greeted by friendly, helpful people. I really felt they wanted my business and were interested in working with me, and made every effort to be helpful and informative. They went all out to make my experience as positive as can be. We were very impressed! Great group of people! More

The staff at the dealership was very accomodating. On our original visit, they stayed late to allow use to test drives everal models of cars doing a great job explaining the differences between each - an our original visit, they stayed late to allow use to test drives everal models of cars doing a great job explaining the differences between each - and allowing us to get a good feel for them. Obviously they did ask if we could purchase that first day - but we told them no and they were not too pushy about it. Once we decided what we wanted to own, we made an appointment a few days later to come back and start negotiating a price. The negotiation process was actually one of the simpler and easier ones we had experienced. All in all - everyone was much more helpful than we had expected. We will definitely be talking to them again in a few years when we are ready for our next vehicle. More
