The sales department was great however every time I have been here (at least 6 different time now) for maintenance it has been awful. They are unorganized, no one ever knows what's going on and no one even been here (at least 6 different time now) for maintenance it has been awful. They are unorganized, no one ever knows what's going on and no one even talks to you for a half hour when you show up. They don't follow their appointments so what's the point of making one?!?!?! I have worked with different advisors every time and this time I was looking forward to a women advisor her name was Orlena and she started out great but then lost all communication after having my car for 2 days. My car was supposed to be ready on Sat. (took my car in on the prior Wed.) and I didn't receive my inspection like promised or a call back to notify me of the actual cost like promised. I called on Monday and Orlena was not in and they told me to leave a voicemail for her partnered advisor. I finally just went in and spoke to Noah who had my ticket on his desk but literally knew no information about my car or what was done or the cost. I paid almost double what I was told since it should be covered under warranty. Noah told me he couldn't do anything and had no information and to call make in several days when Orlena was back. Their service department is trash. I have had it and am transferring all my services to a different Honda. Jesse Olson was my salesman and was great, very knowledgeable and made sure I knew all the options and features of the accord as well as options for services that Planet Honda provides. He made the buying experience easy and non-stressful. Tyler was also great in my initial interest, and they did not bombard me with emails and calls. More

Hondas just improve the quality of your life. I've driven Hondas for over 20 years. Giving up an old Honda is heartbreaking. Now driving a Honda Accord, I love the visibility, durability, and I've driven Hondas for over 20 years. Giving up an old Honda is heartbreaking. Now driving a Honda Accord, I love the visibility, durability, and design. My 10 year old Honda got an oil change at Planet Honda in Golden, Co. this week. It's such a clean, friendly atmosphere, so unlike taking a chance at any old garage with possible unhappy mechanics. All in all, service was easy, not stressful, and they did the job well. More

I have been a customer of Planet Honda for 23 years. The first 21 years were very good under two GMs. The last two has been very difficult under the new GM. Getting the dealership to honor the original terms of my purchase agreement for my 2016 Honda Civic EX has been a nightmare. I prepaid a long-term (120,000 miles) agreement for both an Extended Contract and a zero deductible Service Plus Agreement. Both agreements were request minimize the hassles during regular maintenance. Under the current GM, instead of honoring the agreement as previous GM's did, the dealership manipulated the agreement - shifting it from a mileage agree to a number of oil changes approach to prematurely terminate the agreement. This approach did not exist during the period of my purchase agreement. The Service rep did not mention the termination of the agreement until I came to pickup my car - which I thought was unethical. The Service Agent was the agent who generally managed my appointments. When I arrived to pickup my car he had someone else handle it, walked pass me and said nothing. More

I am a member of Friends For Life with Planet Honda, 15701 W Colfax Ave, Golden, CO 80401. Every time my 15% oil life comes up I call and get a appointment for a service check up. Oil change, Tire rotation, plus a few things, like Digital multi point inspection. That suggests a few things that can be postpone till my next visit as my time was short today. NOW THE REVIEW... I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE HONDA SERVICE FROM THE VERY FIRST TIME I USED THEM !!! Their cross street even has my last name "MOSS ST." All joking aside I am most pleased to have Planet Honda Service in my life. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, their building has easy access to the highway. That is enough ... I like the place and you will too. I have been going there with my Honda CRV Since 2011... I will buy my next one when this one wears out at this dealership... More

Service department price gouging is breathtaking! Our Pilot had air conditioning that was not getting cold. They diagnosed a bad a/c compressor which is understandable. After the repairs topped $3,500, I started questioning everything even though it was too late. I discovered the compressor can be bought at an auto parts store for $120-$170. The authentic Honda part sells for full retail at $790. Fine, I actually prefer to have the genuine Honda part. But, the service department jacks that part up to over $1,300! The. They claimed the radiator had a leak. Funny thing, it never leaked at home in the garage. They replaced the radiator with a Chinese plastic tank version which sells for $80. Planet Honda charged me over $500 for that part. Ironically, they didn’t charge for antifreeze which means they put the old antifreeze back in. I certainly would have preferred new antifreeze and was surprised it wasn’t done. The rest was labor. The sales department for new cars is great but I will never return for service or maintenance. More
