Brandon has to know what he is selling. He did not. Having to be in a dealership for 4 plus hours to purchase a truck you ordered does not make sense. Bryan knows trucks. From initial contact through delivery, Transwest GMC performed exceptionally well. Of course, I didn't expect anything less because of how well they have performed since I've done business with them. Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and have excellent communication skills.
