I worked with Bryce from start to finish and he was excellent. He thoroughly went over features from the Rogue and Murano, we test drove both cars, and I settled on the Murano. However, the dealership did not have the Murano I wanted. Bryce searched the dealerships, found the car I wanted, settled on a price and the car was delivered within the time frame I needed it to be in. Picked up the car and test drove it again. Bryce went over all the features (again), and did all the necessary paperwork. It took about 1 hour and I was off in my new Murano. All the staff I came in contact with at the dealership were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

My search had a happy ending here I started shopping three months before my lease was up on a different make. I had been to countless dealerships, test-drove dozens of cars and did the I started shopping three months before my lease was up on a different make. I had been to countless dealerships, test-drove dozens of cars and did the finance dance multiple times. I was running out of time and I was definitely out of patience. I called Tim and told him I needed a good vehicle at a fair price and could they have it ready in three days, He sharpened his pencil and called back. I was pleasantly surprised so I made the trip to Lia Nissan of Saratoga to test drive the car. And wow was I blown away! The dealership was beautiful, the service area spotless and Joe Chase, my salesperson, was very sweet and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and I knew it was the car for me. The biggest bonus for me was the service included with the life of the lease. Just having that peace of mind made all the difference. I picked up my Murano in 3 days and I love it. Great experience with Vince and Bryce too and I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership. More
