**Title: Horrendous Experience - Avoid Seth Wadley Ford at All Costs!** If I could give a -5 stars that still wouldn’t begin to describe the inconveniences and dissatisfaction I’ve experienced and the u at All Costs!** If I could give a -5 stars that still wouldn’t begin to describe the inconveniences and dissatisfaction I’ve experienced and the unprofessionalism from this dealership. I am utterly disgusted and beyond frustrated with my experience at Seth Wadley Ford. Two months ago, I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a Limited F450 from them, dropping over $80,000 on what I thought would be a reliable vehicle. How wrong I was! Just a month in, the turbo failed catastrophically, xxxxxxx all the oil out of the motor and blowing it out the exhaust. Unbelievably, the truck has been sitting in the shop for over a month now, waiting for someone—anyone—from the warranty company or Seth Wadley to approve and cover the repairs. The total lack of responsibility and urgency in addressing this issue is mind-blowing. To add insult to injury, when the truck was delivered, the front tires were so bald that within a week, I had a blowout. It was glaringly obvious that the truck hadn't been serviced or even looked at before delivery. It seemed as though they took it on trade and handed it over to me without running it through the shop—completely unacceptable and dangerous! Everyone I've spoken with at Seth Wadley Ford gives me the runaround. No one takes ownership of the problem, and there's been no effort to resolve any of the issues. Thanks to their shocking neglect and incompetence, I’ve now lost my $208,000 a year job because this truck, which I bought brand new from them, doesn’t even run! If you value your money, your safety, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Seth Wadley Ford like the plague. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I should not be dealing with any of these problems or coming out of pocket for anything after giving this much money for something only 2 months ago and keep in mind it’s been sitting in a ford dealership shop for 1 of those months waiting on approval of repairs! More

If you're wondering about how they do business, call up there and listen to their on hold recording where they say "engines for life on ALL our cars. no matter how old how many miles gas or diesel ." Then go look at a used car or truck and I guarantee you they will have some reason that car is not able to have that warranty or they will say yeah no problem it comes with it. THEN READ your paper work. They will fail to add it to the sales agreement. Sorry pathetic people in it for the fast buck and screw everyone that gets in their way. More

I stopped by Seth Wadley Ford while out on a route for my job. I didn’t have much time to look around and I shared that with my Salesman Bryan Zamarron. I told him my situation and what I was looking for, so we set a date for me to come back out later that weekend. Absolutely “No Hassle” at all. I returned on Saturday and I was treated to the best customer service I’ve ever experienced dealing with a car lot. Bryan was great. He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and it was solid just as advertised. I then met with Scott Williams the New Car Manager and he went above and beyond my expectations working with me to not only get approved for financing but also making me feel assured and comfortable in the deal we were making. It was a totally awesome experience. The team work they displayed was Top Notch!!! I want to also thank Brycen Williams the Finance Manager. He was great explaining all of the details and coverages of my new purchase. I’ve never been happier signing my name on the dotted lines for anything. Lol. I want to also give a shout out to Jana and Jone from the Internet department. Your great work behind the scenes is what made this happen for me.
