They made buying a car very easy and when we left, we felt good about our purchase. Bryan went through every aspect of our new Journey with us and we left having a good understanding of how to operate it. He answered all of our questions. We were also pleased with the lady who made us aware of other products that we might like on our vehicle. We felt like the staff had as much time to give us as was needed, did not hurry us into making decisions, and wanted to their best to help us. Dylan was a service technician who helped my grandfather and myself not only get our 2009 Grand Caravan's recalled sliding doors fixed and the scheduled oil change, but he also got us a free wash, our leads and myself not only get our 2009 Grand Caravan's recalled sliding doors fixed and the scheduled oil change, but he also got us a free wash, our leads on our battery cleaned for a discount price (my grandfather has been doing business with the dealership for well over a decade) of nearly half off ($35 vs. the regular $70), and even replaced our rear windshield wiper that we had just purchased for another discounted price of only $13, vs the parts stores such as AutoZone and O'Reillys that do not list it, but retails for $18 normally. Hugh was the gentleman who got found us that discount and he was very polite and courteous with my grandfather. My grandfather was having trouble concentrating and he had Hugh prepare the check for him and it was a very kind thing to do. Later, I was out for a cigarette and wanted to look at the Challengers because my grandfather owns a 2009 Challenger R/T that is technically "my car". I met Izzy and he informed where I might find them. I went, look around, and saw a yellow SRT-8. I had always wanted to try it to see the difference. Izzy then introduced me to Bryan, who was a very funny and friendly sales associate. I asked him if it would be possible to try and drive the car to see the difference between it and the R/T version. He obliged and let me take it for a quick 5 minute drive. Obviously I didn't do anything crazy but I did test its quick acceleration, the high horse power, the torque and just the raw power of the car. He informed me that the next year (2011 I assume, perhaps he was referring to 2012, I could not tell) the motors would be upgraded to a 6.4 liter hemi as opposed current 6.1. He was a genuinely good person, and if I ever do need to do business at Stew Hansen's this is the person I would see immediately. In the end, everyone that my grandfather and I had talked and dealt with the entire day, even those who we only spoke briefly with, were as kind and polite as could be. I wholeheartedly thought this was the best customer service I had ever seen. More
